Phase 0 of the IBIS project started with identifying current and desired business practices. Subject Matter Expert (SME) groups, comprised of individuals from across the enterprise, will be established for a number of areas. These areas include Accounting, Budget, Human Resources, Payroll, and Procurement.

The SMEs documented current business practices which were used to develop the Requirements for the RFP. The ERP package that had the tightest fit with the way we want to do things was selected.
