The colored balls are related to "Top 10 Posts".  How, I don't know.  When the forums get to the point where we have many more than 10 posts, it will probably become clearer. If you hover over an icon or graphic in the forums and the blogs, often you'll get a popup message near your mouse pointer.  The message gives some cryptic clues about what's going on.    Report

I've been on a few forums before and I haven't seen anything like those colored balls before. They don't seem to make any sense. Does the top 10 posters have it? As a sort of badge?
